Skill Workshop - Nutrition

Let’s talk about nutrition! Sarah will walk us through the ZoneDiet and how everyone can get started (or re-started). You will learn about Zone and how to make diet a part of your healthy lifestyle. Whether you are trying to improve your speed during workouts, aid your recovery, gain strength and energy or lose body fat, this step towards better eating habits will help you!

During this workshop, Sarah will also guide you through how to plan your meals and make this plan fit your life. Each person is prescribed a unique number of “blocks” per day based on different factors - learn about blocks and how many you should eat per day! This is a program designed to work for each athletes specific needs so this meeting will focus on you as an individual while meeting as a group.
