Movement Republic offers more than CrossFit classes - our athletes can also opt into 24/7 access to our facility, skill workshops, nutrition coaching, accessory work and a recovery room.
24/7 Access to movement Republic
We love our community. We believe in our programming and our coaching. We have created a space that allows our athletes to reach their goals; a space that is conducive to quality training and recovery, along with space to relax with friends before and after class. We have also created a class schedule to accommodate the needs of the greatest number of people.
At the end of the day, having limited class hours also limits our members access to all that the gym has to offer. We want to offer our athletes full access to the gym space, equipment, and recovery room. We are offering 24/7 access to Movement Republic CrossFit.
Through HybridAF, members can add 24/7 access to Movement Republic to their existing membership. This means athletes can visit MR during off hours to complete missed MR WODs, MR Extra Credit/Accessory work, utilize the Assault Runner, or the infrared sauna in the recovery room. In addition, you will have access to mobility and prehab programming only available to HybridAF athletes!

Recovery Room
We are proud to offer our members a space full of recovery and mobility tools. Our Recovery Room features an Infrared Sauna, Theragun percussion therapy, Compex Ayre Compression Boots, Compex E-Stim Muscle Stimulator, Voodoo bands, foam rollers, lacrosse balls, yoga mats, a TV with Chromecast to cast ROMWOD, yoga videos or whatever you’re watching on Netflix. MR prioritizes mobility and recovery - we want our athletes to reenergize after their workout and to avoid injury. This space also happens to house our beer fridge and bar for our weekly happy hours!
supplemental programming
Are you looking to take your training beyond the daily WOD? Are you hoping to improve an area of weakness or simply take your training to the next level? Owner, Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and Programming Extraordinaire, Sarah, programs six extra workouts each week! This accessory work ranges from quick pre-hab work to a 10 minute strength workout to longer endurance training. This extra programming is designed to be completed before or after the workout of the day, on make-up day or virtually anytime if you are taking advantage of our 24/7 hours through HybridAF.

Workshops
CrossFit welcomes people of all levels to participate and while each workout will improve your level of skill, we recognize that some skills might take a bit more coaching. Movement Republic offers monthly workshops to focus on specific movements or lifts like hand stand push-ups, kipping pull-ups and Olympic Lifts. We dig into the specifics of the movement, run drills and practice progressions. The focus of these workshops is to help athletes become more efficient during CrossFit workouts, get even more focused one-on-one coaching, gain confidence in their knowledge of complicated movements, and reach their fitness goals. Goal Planning
Movement Republic is here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We know you will improve with each CrossFit class but we want to help you focus on specific areas of improvement. We are committed to helping athletes define their goals, make a plan for tackling each step, and keep them accountable through scheduled check-ins. Our expert coaches will lead athletes in the planning process and the community of athletes will be there to hold each other accountable. Current athletes can find out Goal Planning Form here.

Visit Us
Located at 4526 N Ravenswood Ave in Chicago IL, 60640 on one of the last brick roads in the city. We are a short walk from the CTA Montrose Brown Line, Ravenswood Metra, and 78 Montrose bus. Free street parking is available steps from our front door.
