Owner of Movement Republic, Sarah, programs and coaches more than workouts. Sarah and the coaching staff believe that eating habits and decisions about food are very important to your health, fitness, and longevity, and should be made with care, consideration, and knowledge.

She can offer a one-on-one nutritional coaching program that is designed to take you down a healthier path and instill habits that will stick with you throughout your life. 

Sarah has over 5 years of experience with The Zone Diet (ZoneDiet.com) and has coached many athletes through the diet and how to apply to their lives. Beyond the initial consultation with Sarah, you can expect reading materials, recipes, tracking suggestions and contact with Sarah when questions arise.
