Recovery Workshop

This month’s workshop will be dedicated to learning about the tools in the MR Recovery Room. We want all athletes to utilize these tools to optimize their recovery to stay mobile, avoid post-WOD soreness, avoid injury and relax. Sarah will explain how to use the sauna, E-Stim muscle stimulator, compression boots and walk us through everything else available in the Recovery Room.
