Skill Workshop - Toes to Bar

Sometimes improving the technically difficult skills requires more time and focused coaching. Each month a workshop dedicated to a particular skill will be scheduled to spend 90+ minutes on progressions, drills and accessory work. The focus of these workshops is to help athletes become more efficient during CrossFit workouts, get even more focused one-on-one coaching, gain confidence in their knowledge of complicated movements, and reach their fitness goals.

Please reserve your spot on Wodify. Due to the fact that we can only have a limited number participate in each workshop, a late cancellation will result in a fee. We want everyone who wants to participate to be given the chance!
