Movement Republic is offering all members to participate in a 6-week nutrition program included in their membership! On January 30th we will meet to walk through the ZoneDiet and how everyone can get started (or re-started). You will learn about Zone and how to make diet a part of your healthy lifestyle. Whether you are trying to improve your speed during workouts, aid your recovery, gain strength and energy or lose body fat, this step towards better eating habits will help you!
During this kickoff, Sarah will also guide you through how to plan your meals and make this plan fit your life. Each person is prescribed a unique number of “blocks” per day based on different factors - learn about blocks and how many you should eat per day! This is a program designed to work for each athletes specific needs so this meeting will focus on you as an individual while meeting as a group.
After this meeting the coaches will be not only available to answer your questions but will check in with you regularly to track progress and make adjustments. You will be provided with tracking worksheets and instructions on how to check-in. Additionally, your MR community will be there to keep you accountable.
This event will be held in-person for a limited number of people but there will also be an option to join virtually. More to come on how to reserve your spot and get your packet of information!
