Kettle PRT

The KETTLE PRT is a team lifting event that brings our strength community together to raise the bar on fitness! Your 5-person team will compete for personal bests across 7 lifting events. Training for this competition delivers an unparalleled strength and conditioning program that will take your body to another level!
Event 1 - Pull ups (AMRAP)
Event 2 - Turkish Get Up (1RM)
Event 3 - KB Snatch (5:00 AMRAP)
Event 4 - Tamers and Maidens
(1RM - 1 Arm KB Press, Weighted Pull up and Pistol Squat)
Event 5 - Barbell Deadlift (1RM)
Event 6 - Kettlebell Complex
(5:00, AMRAP: Clean-Squat-Push Press-Renegade Row)
Event 7 - Kettlebell Relay *TIE BREAKER*
(15 Cleans, 15 Front Squats, 15 See Saw Presses, 15 Snatches).
Beginner's NOTE:
It is totally OK to earn a zero in any event...in fact, this is VERY common in events like Pull Up or Tamers/Maidens

Sign up solo, with a friend, or bring a whole team.

Scoring NOTES:
If you haven't competed with the PRT, the scoring is pretty cool - anyone can win the PRT Champion Title... man, woman, big or small... Everything you lift is scaled to YOUR bodyweight, rewarding authentic pound-for-pound strength.
See the Snatch Size Weight Chart to determine standard-size bell for your bodyweight in Events 3, 6, and 7.
Competitors may choose any bell size above or below standard, which applies a relative bonus/penalty to the event score.
