The MR Community is coming back together in more ways than just working out! We want to use our strong community full of passionate athletes to make a difference in our neighborhood/city/country. We are kicking this off with a fundraiser WOD to benefit My Block My Hood My City.
On Sunday, June 28th we will get together (and distanced) at Welles Park to complete a tough (but scalable) WOD with the focus to raise money and awareness for My Block My Hood My City, a local, Chicago non-profit. Check them out here: formyblock.org/.
Additionally, we want to get together socially! Stick around the park after your workout, cheer on the next heat and enjoy some food generously donated by Amanda - she is getting some goodies from Lizzy J Cafe!
Please SIGN UP for a workout time in Wodify as you would for class except you can sign up now for a time on Sunday. We can add a heat once these are full!
